1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Thank you for choosing SilverCard, a product developed by Silverhash Digital ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing and using SilverCard, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the service.
We may modify or update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted at https://silvercard.silverhash.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of SilverCard after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
2. User Account
2.1. To access SilverCard, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that your information is accurate and up-to-date.
2.2. Your SilverCard account is for personal use only and should not be shared with others or used for any unauthorized purposes.
3. Service Usage
3.1. SilverCard offers digital business card solutions, appointment booking features, and customization options. The service is provided "as is," and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
3.2. SilverCard is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified on our website. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3.3. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (PhonePe and Razorpay). By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
4. Affiliate Program
4.1. Users are automatically registered as affiliates once they purchase an affiliate-enabled plan through an affiliate link.
4.2. As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for each eligible referral who purchases a SilverCard plan through your unique referral link.
4.3. For a referral to be eligible for affiliate earnings, the referred customer must have used the latest affiliate link to purchase or sign up for the service.
4.4. Affiliate earnings can be claimed after 45 days from the date the referred customer makes the payment for the plan. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold as specified in the affiliate program terms.
4.5. Silverhash Digital reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program or suspend individual affiliate accounts at its discretion for any violation of these terms.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
5.1. You are solely responsible for the content you include in your digital business card. You must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
5.2. You agree not to:
- Use SilverCard for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SilverCard or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of SilverCard.
- Misuse the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair SilverCard.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Silverhash Digital retains all rights, title, and interest in and to SilverCard, including all associated trademarks, logos, and copyrights.
6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of SilverCard without prior written permission from Silverhash Digital.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Silverhash Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use SilverCard.
7.2. We do not warrant that SilverCard will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not guarantee specific results from using the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Silverhash Digital harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of SilverCard or breach of these terms.
9. Termination
Silverhash Digital reserves the right to terminate your access to SilverCard for violation of these terms or for any other reason. In case of termination due to misuse, no refunds will be provided.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
