Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are applicable only for subscription plans with a duration of 1 year or more.
    • Refund requests for the current month are not eligible.
  2. Refund Calculation:
    • Refunds for eligible subscriptions are calculated on a month-by-month basis.
    • The current month of the subscription is not eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been used during the subscription period.
  3. Monthly Plan Subscriptions:
    • No refund will be given for monthly plan subscriptions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Processing Time:
    • Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 working days from the initiation of the request.
  2. Refund Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within the next 15 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the provided bank account.
  3. Refund Notification:
    • Users will be notified once their cancellation request is approved, and the refund is initiated.
  4. Annual Plan Subscriptions:
    • Cancellation requests for annual plan subscriptions will be considered for a refund based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in the refund policy.
  5. Refund Rejection:
    • Refunds may be rejected if the service has been used during the subscription period or if the refund request is for the current month.
    • No refunds will be provided in cases of account cancellation due to misuse of the product.
